- 400g firm tofu, cubed
- 300g broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into cubes.
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water to create a marinade.
- Add the cubed tofu to the marinade and let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated tofu to the pan and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the tofu from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until they are bright green and tender-crisp.
- Return the tofu to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and stir everything together for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
