Quick Chicken and Veggie Wrap



A tasty and healthy wrap filled with tender chicken, fresh vegetables, and a light dressing—perfect for a quick meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Drumstick (cooked and shredded)
  • 1 Sweet Potato (boiled and mashed)
  • 1 cup Spinach (fresh)
  • 1/2 Onion (sliced)
  • 1 Lettuce leaf (for wrapping)
  • 1 clove Garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 Cucumber (sliced)
  • 1 Zucchini (sliced)
  • 1 stalk Celery (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Cauliflower (steamed)
  • 1 Carrot (grated)
  • 1 Bell Pepper (sliced)
  • 1 Potato (boiled and diced)
  • 100g Beef (cooked and sliced)
  • 100g Grass Fed Chicken (cooked and shredded)
  • 100g Free Range Chicken (cooked and shredded)
  • 100g Organic Chicken (cooked and shredded)
  • 100g Skinned Chicken (cooked and shredded)
  • 100g Turkey (cooked and shredded)
  • 100g Shrimp (cooked)
  • 100g Salmon (cooked)
  • 100g Haddock (cooked)
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tortilla
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 Egg (boiled and sliced)
  • 1/2 cup Flour (for dusting)
  • 1 tbsp Cornmeal (for texture)
  • 1 tbsp Rice (cooked)
  • 1 slice Bread (toasted and crumbled)
  • 1 tbsp Butter (for spreading)
  • 1 Tomato (sliced)
  • 1 Strawberry (sliced)
  • 1 Lemon (for zest)
  • 1 tbsp Vinaigrette

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, beef, shrimp, and salmon with sea salt, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil.
  • Spread a thin layer of butter on the tortilla and sprinkle with cornmeal for texture.
  • Layer the spinach, lettuce, and all the sliced vegetables (cucumber, zucchini, celery, cauliflower, carrot, bell pepper, potato, and tomato) on the tortilla.
  • Add the mixed meat on top of the veggies.
  • Top with boiled egg slices and drizzle with vinaigrette.
  • Wrap the tortilla tightly and slice in half.
  • Serve with a side of sliced strawberries and a lemon wedge.
