Chocolate Vanilla Cake

Ingredients:

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1.5 cups Flour
  • 0.5 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together 2 eggs and 1 cup of sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add 1 cup of milk and 1 tsp of vanilla essence to the egg mixture and mix well.
  • In another bowl, combine 1.5 cups of flour and 0.5 cup of cocoa powder.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Let the cake cool for a few minutes before serving.
