Grilled Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
- 200g grilled chicken breast
- 100g mixed salad greens (lettuce, spinach, arugula)
- 50g cherry tomatoes
- 30g cucumber
- 15g olive oil
- 10g balsamic vinegar
- 30g feta cheese
- 10g walnuts

Instructions:
- Grill the chicken breast until fully cooked and no longer pink inside, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Let the grilled chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice it into strips.
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber.
- Add the sliced grilled chicken on top of the salad.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then toss gently to combine.
- Sprinkle feta cheese and walnuts on top before serving.
