Grilled Chicken Salad

 


Ingredients:

  • 200g grilled chicken breast
  • 100g mixed salad greens (lettuce, spinach, arugula)
  • 50g cherry tomatoes
  • 30g cucumber
  • 15g olive oil
  • 10g balsamic vinegar
  • 30g feta cheese
  • 10g walnuts

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Grill
  • Cutting board
  • Knife
  • Large bowl
  • Measuring spoons

Instructions:

  • Grill the chicken breast until fully cooked and no longer pink inside, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  • Let the grilled chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice it into strips.
  • In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber.
  • Add the sliced grilled chicken on top of the salad.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then toss gently to combine.
  • Sprinkle feta cheese and walnuts on top before serving.
