Ingredients:

  • 2 medium Potatoes, diced
  • 1 large Onion, sliced
  • 1 medium Carrot, julienned
  • 2 medium Tomatoes, chopped

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Heat a pan on the stove top over medium heat.
  • Add the sliced onion and sauté until translucent, about 1 minute.
  • Add the diced potatoes and julienned carrot, stirring frequently for another 2 minutes.
  • Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for an additional minute until everything is well combined and heated through.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot.
