Cabbage and Baby Corn Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 200g Cabbage, shredded
  • 150g Baby Corn, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • Heat the olive oil in a stove top pan over medium heat.
  • Add the minced ginger and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  • Add the shredded cabbage and sliced baby corn to the pan.
  • Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the cabbage is tender but still crisp.
  • Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
  • Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  • Remove from heat and serve hot.
