Ingredients:
- 1 cup orzo
- 2 cups organic chicken, cooked and shredded
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the cooked chicken and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the orzo to the pot and stir for another 2 minutes.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the orzo is al dente.
- Remove from heat and stir in the sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
